Welcome! I am the English Learner Teacher at Carpenter. I began teaching at Carpenter in 2019 and I love being part of such a diverse and supportive community! I spent the 2018-2019 school year teaching with a nonprofit in Honduras, and before that worked at Westerman Preschool here in Ann Arbor. I earned my bachelor's degree, with a major in Special Education and minors in Spanish and TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages), at Eastern Michigan University.
